What can I expect on the first visit?

On the first visit, a nurse or therapist will conduct an initial evaluation. At Advino, this thorough interview and evaluation are part of our coordinated approach to managing your overall health status.

We will communicate with your doctor to discuss the assessment and work together to develop your personal plan of care.
What tasks will my care worker carry out?

We agree a ‘Care Plan’ which details exactly what you have instructed us to do. This then becomes the work list for each day.

What if I don’t like my care package or want to make changes?

We understand that care may need reviewing from time to time. This is why we carry out reviews on a regular basis and why we are pleased to hear from members of the immediate family about effective methods for delivering the care service for their relative.

How often will my home health care visits be?

The frequency of home health care visits and the services provided are based on your doctor’s orders in your personal plan of care.

What happens when the office is closed?

Our offices are normally open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm even on Sundays and Holidays. You can call our customer care number 9624482448 which is active 24/7.

How quickly can you arrange care services?

A care package can be set up within 48 hours of an assessment and in some circumstances we can provide care on the same day. Call or email us for further details.

Will my family member always receive care from the same staff?

Our aim is to establish a long-term relationship with your loved one. Should your family wants to request another staff for any reason, we’ll search for a match until your family is happy and satisfy.

Do I need a physician’s authorization for your services?

No. You don’t need pre-authorization, pre-qualification, certification or even a prescription for Homes services. You choose the services you want, when to start those services and how often those services are used

Do I pay the Advino staff directly?

No. You (or an authorized representative) are only invoiced after the completion of services. Usually, this happens weekly. You never have to pay staff directly. And you’ll never be asked to pay an additional fee to any employee.

How can I request a copy of my medical records?
We take the privacy of your medical records very seriously. You just need to send us a mail at Info@advinohealthcare.com wherein you need to mention Patient Id and Invoice Number as a part of our authentication process.
Once we receive your mail and approves your application, you can expect to receive your health summary record (soft copy) within 72 hours.
