These Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies or terms (“Terms”), constitute a binding agreement by and between ADVINO HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED (“Website Owner”, “Advino Healthcare”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”) and relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable), and healthcare or related services (collectively, “Services”).

By accessing our website, registering with us, making an enquiry, booking a Service, or otherwise availing of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to remain informed of any changes. Continued use of the Website or Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  • Medical Attendant Services
  • Elderly Care
  • Post-Hospital Care
  • Post-Surgery Care
  • Home Physiotherapy
  • NRI Care Support
  • Medication Management
  • 24/7 Customer Support
  • Vital Signs Monitoring
  • Injection and Infusion Support
  • Wound and Dressing Care
  • Urinary Catheter Care
  • Ryle’s Tube Feeding Support
  • Tracheostomy Care and Suction Support
  • Nebulization Support
  • Oxygenation Support
  • ECG Recording
  • Other healthcare and support services offered by us from time to time.

The exact nature, duration, scope, frequency, and availability of Services may vary depending on the patient's requirements, medical condition, service location, staff availability, and the specific Service booked.

2. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information to us during and after registration, enquiry, booking, or service delivery.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided regarding the patient, including medical history, current medical condition, medications, allergies, doctor's instructions, emergency contact details, and other relevant information, is accurate and complete.

You shall promptly inform us of any material change in the patient's medical condition or circumstances that may affect the Services.

3. PATIENT AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The patient, family member, guardian, representative, or person booking the Service is responsible for providing complete and accurate information necessary for safe and appropriate service delivery.

You agree to:

  • Provide a safe and suitable environment for our healthcare professionals and staff;
  • Provide access to the patient and the premises as reasonably required for the agreed Service;
  • Follow applicable medical instructions and recommendations provided by qualified healthcare professionals;
  • Inform us of relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, infectious diseases, behavioral concerns, or other circumstances that may affect service delivery;
  • Ensure that prescribed medicines, medical equipment, consumables, and other necessary items are available where they are the responsibility of the patient or family;
  • Make timely payments for the Services;
  • Treat our employees, nurses, caregivers, attendants, physiotherapists, and other personnel with dignity and respect.

4. MEDICAL INFORMATION AND HEALTHCARE DECISIONS

Advino Healthcare provides healthcare and healthcare-support Services based on the information provided by the patient, family, authorized representative, or treating healthcare professional.

Our Services do not replace the need for consultation, diagnosis, treatment, or supervision by a qualified doctor or other appropriately licensed healthcare professional where such care is required.

Patients and their representatives are responsible for following the advice of their treating doctor and seeking appropriate medical attention when required.

5. EMERGENCY MEDICAL SITUATIONS

Our home healthcare Services are not intended to replace emergency medical services.

In the event of a medical emergency, serious deterioration in the patient's condition, or any situation requiring immediate medical intervention, the patient or family/representative should immediately contact the appropriate emergency medical service or treating doctor.

Where reasonably possible, our staff may assist in coordinating emergency medical support; however, Advino Healthcare shall not be responsible for delays, outcomes, or consequences arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND STAFF ALLOCATION

While we make reasonable efforts to provide Services as booked, service availability may depend on location, staff availability, patient requirements, healthcare professional availability, and other operational circumstances.

The assignment of a particular nurse, caregiver, medical attendant, physiotherapist, or healthcare professional is subject to availability.

We reserve the right to assign, reassign, replace, or change the healthcare professional or staff member where reasonably necessary for operational, professional, safety, performance, availability, or other legitimate reasons.

7. STAFF REPLACEMENT

If you have a reasonable concern regarding the performance, conduct, suitability, or availability of an assigned staff member, you should contact our Customer Support Team promptly.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate the concern and, where feasible, arrange a suitable replacement.

A request for replacement of a healthcare professional or caregiver does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. Refund eligibility shall be governed by our applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. SERVICE SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS

The Services provided by Advino Healthcare shall be limited to the scope agreed upon at the time of booking or subsequently communicated by our authorized representatives.

Any additional services, extended hours, additional visits, specialized care, equipment, consumables, or other requirements may be subject to additional charges and availability.

Our staff shall not be required to perform duties outside their professional qualifications, assigned responsibilities, or the agreed scope of Services.

9. THIRD-PARTY HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

Depending on the Service, Advino Healthcare may coordinate with or engage healthcare professionals, hospitals, doctors, laboratories, diagnostic providers, technology providers, payment gateways, or other third-party service providers.

Where third-party services are involved, their respective terms, professional responsibilities, and applicable policies may also apply.

Advino Healthcare will take reasonable steps to coordinate such services but shall not be responsible for matters solely attributable to an independent third-party provider, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. FEES AND PAYMENT

You agree to pay all charges associated with the Services availed by you.

Service charges may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to:

  • Type of Service;
  • Duration of Service;
  • Number of visits or shifts;
  • Patient requirements;
  • Location;
  • Level of care required;
  • Holidays or special schedules, where applicable;
  • Additional services requested.

Any applicable charges shall be communicated to the customer before or at the time of booking, wherever reasonably practicable.

Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension, modification, or discontinuation of Services.
